SUBMERSUS
The SUBMERSUS series presents a “Dissolute Body”. A body that confronts its figuration by flirting with the disarray and deformation that the environment imposes upon it. Manifesting its movements of transformation in refracted images.
The Photography of the submerged subject allowed me to experiment in a diverse and specific way with the interactions that interested me while capturing its evolving distortions. Bringing to the surface of the images the individual challenge faced in the movement of occupying its place in an increasingly volatile space.
